The Marketing Challenge: To entice a select number of the Fund's principal donors to sign up for one of a series of exclusive trips to Fund-related ancient granary sites in Morocco.
The Solution: In less than a week's time, I worked with the executive director and the Fund's web designer to organize, format and create an announcement and 24-page itinerary that would compel donors to book one of the six-person trips; two of the three trips were completely booked within 48 hours of the e-mail announcement.
